Our Rotary Airlocks are expertly engineered for efficient material handling in dust collection and pneumatic conveying. These low-maintenance valves feature air-tight construction and reliable material feeding. Built with durable cast iron body and end covers, the valves include outboard bearings for easy maintenance and gland-packed sealed shafts. They operate via coupled or chain-driven geared motors. Available in round and square flange configurations from 150 NB to 550 NB, these valves come in Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, and Cast Alloy options. Square flange models include a cleaning window port. For abrasive materials, we offer chrome-plated versions with optional air purging systems.
