Description
The blow-through rotary airlock is an Window type AirlockThe blow-through rotary airlock feeder is ideal for pneumatic conveying applications in food, grain, chemical, milling, baking, plastics and pharmaceutical industries. The blow-thru airlocks feature a low profile with large capacity. The blow-thru valves are also available in 10-vane open-end rotor; outboard bearings and replaceable shaft seals.
Suitable for use of general use on filters, Cyclones, Silos, Screw Conveyors, & on low pressure conveying System.
The basic function of a rotary airlock valve is to regulate the flow of materials between components and maintaining a good airlock condition. The products are mainly in dry powder, crystal, palletes or granular form. In the dust filtration plant good rotary airlocks are essential on cyclone and bag filter to achieve High dust collection . Rotary Airlocks are also used in the pneumatic conveying industry, where product is conveying through high pressure conveying systems leading to minimal air leakage.
